Refund Policy

At FIT BODY STUDIO, we are committed to delivering elite, results-driven training in a professional, respectful, and structured environment. Please read and agree to the following policies before purchasing or booking any sessions.

1. Package Expiration

  • All personal training packages must be used within 6 weeks of the first scheduled session.

  • No extensions or rollovers will be granted for unused sessions after the 6-week period.

  • We encourage clients to plan and book sessions in advance to stay consistent and maximize results.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • All session cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and missed sessions will be forfeited and counted as used.

  • Please arrive on time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time, regardless of late arrival.

3. Payment & Refunds

  • All purchases are final. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for any reason.

  • Full payment is required before any sessions are scheduled.

  • FIT BODY STUDIO does not offer prorated pricing or partial refunds for unused sessions.

4. Non-Transferable Packages

  • All training packages are non-transferable and are intended for use by the original purchasing client only.

5. Professional Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

  • FIT BODY STUDIO reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at its discretion, including cases of policy violations, inappropriate behavior, or non-compliance with trainer instructions.

  • In such cases, unused sessions may be forfeited without refund.

6. Health & Liability Disclaimer

  • By purchasing and participating in training, clients confirm they are in good physical condition and have consulted a physician if necessary.

  • A signed waiver and release of liability is required prior to beginning any training services.

  • FIT BODY STUDIO is not liable for any injuries sustained during training sessions.

Client Agreement

By purchasing any services or booking a session with FIT BODY STUDIO, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these policies. These terms are binding and enforceable.
